Autumn/Winter Skincare Tips

To maintan a healthy complexion during the Autumn and Winter period, take extra care to protect your skin "Winter weather can be harsh on skin" explains Guinot Guru Marie Caudwell. "Central heating in an office or at home dehydrates the skin and then you step outside and your skin is exposed to damp, cold or windy weather that can redden or irritate it." Caudwell also notes that not as much vitamin D is produced so your skin may look tired or dull.
