The most advanced anti-cellulite body contouring treatment

The techniSPA treatment is for women worried about cellulite, water-retention and excess fat. It has been proven that lymphatic drainage is an effective way to treat cellulite, and techniSPA provides regulated and consistent, machine based lymphatic drainage, which is far more effective and reliable than manual massage.

The unit offers two different variants: a contouring treatment and one that firms, and, depending on the extent of the problem the machine's variable settings can be adjusted to an intensity to suit each individual.

The contouring treatment uses a "sculptor" - a handheld device with massage rollers and a vacuum chamber. A mild, stimulating current, transmitted through the rollers, brings about muscle contraction. After exfoliation, an ionising gel is applied. This is followed by the application of a galvanic current to help the gel's anti-cellulite ingredients (including boldo tree, mate, horse chestnut, and red vine extracts, as well as liporeductine complex) penetrate more readily.

There are three simultaneous body-contouring actions:
physical - lymphatic drainage and subdermal massage to break down cellulite
biological - the active ingredients work at cellular level level to dissolve cellulite and firm/lift skin.
muscular - the stimulation of muscles drains fat deposits, firms tissues and stimulates oxygen flow to the blood, while an alternating micro-current transmitted through the rollers stimulates muscle contractions, resulting in a firmer, more toned appearance.

The firming treatment concentrates soley on muscle tone, with the rollers stimulating muscles on three different levels to boost microcirculation, burn calories and firm tissues. Active ingredients within the ionisable gel applied prior to electro-stimulation include hazelnut, malt, sage, and wheatgerm extracts, and vitamin C. These help boost colagen production, firm tissue and tone the epidermis. A range of Guinot techniSPA after care products will be available to compliment the treatment.
