Lashes are made thicker and longer by attaching individual synthetic eyelashes to the natural eyelash with a specially formulated bonding agent.

The lash extension procedure requires the use of a lash extension adhesive, and fine point tweezers to attach the synthetic eyelash, since the bonding agent is an eye and skin irritant, eyes should be closed, covered and protected throughout the procedure.
